Primary Roles & Responsibilities

As a senior ITSM consultant, you will lead complex implementation, upgrade, integration, and customisation projects. You will convert customers’ business needs into technical solutions and be the go-to person for mentoring junior consultants. Key duties include managing customer relationships, performing project plan and SOW QA, identifying project risks, acting as a trusted advisor, and integrating BMC Helix with external systems using REST APIs/SOAP web services and Pentaho Spoon.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must have extensive experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, and Smart IT. Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP web services, and Pentaho Spoon is required.
