Primary Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clinical research teams to gather and document requirements for clinical trial applications and systems.

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions.

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals.

- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for clinical trial initiatives.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.

- Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to clinical trials and technology.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration).

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the clinical trial or healthcare domain.

- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including study design, regulatory requirements, and data management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in clinical trials and data analysis.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus
