Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS frontend development and working knowledge of Python backend development. This role focuses primarily on building high-quality, responsive web interfaces while contributing to backend services and integrations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in open-source environments, writing clean JavaScript, and collaborating in agile engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly responsive and scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and Bootstrap 5 (70% focus).

• Write clean and efficient pure JavaScript for dynamic UI behavior and performance optimization.

• Build and enhance backend services using Python Web Frameworks (30% focus).

• Implement server-side logic, APIs, and data handling using Python.

• Work with PostgreSQL (v14) for data persistence and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain open-source based applications.

• Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and contribute to reusable components and documentation.

• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (Primary – 70%).

• Expertise in Bootstrap 5 as the main UI framework.

• Strong proficiency in Pure JavaScript.

• Working experience with Python Web Frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in Python server-side development.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL v14 or similar versions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Node.js.

• Database administration (DBA) skills or performance tuning exposure.

• Open-source project contribution experience.
