AlphaNext Technology Solutions has announced the launch of , the first specialized agent within its Pilatus AI workforce intelligence suite. Designed as an agentic conversational bot, it simplifies talent sourcing through multi-platform discovery, conversational interaction, and structured access to candidate information.
Unlike conventional sourcing workflows that often rely on a single recruitment platform, Khoji supports multi-platform talent sourcing across industries and geographies. Its industry-agnostic approach enables recruiters to search for a wide range of professionals, from engineers and nurses to chefs and other specialized roles worldwide.
Khoji uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to support context-aware conversations and relevant candidate discovery. Through a conversational interface, recruiters can communicate their hiring requirements naturally and access candidate information, including contact and email details, where available, through a streamlined workflow.
At launch, Khoji’s system overview reports 2.48 million indexed profiles. The agent is designed to connect with 50+ sourcing platforms, index up to 10,000 profiles per minute, and maintain real-time match freshness.
The development of Khoji is rooted in the founder’s 21 years of experience in talent acquisition and technology.
